Terms of Conditions

• Commissions are meant for personal use only and are not allowed to be used for profit. Commercial works are to be discussed privately when ordering the commission.• I own all rights to any work created - using it for AI training in any way, shape, or form is strictly prohibited. I am allowed to post any commissioned work to my social media and or portfolio unless requested otherwise.• Listed prices are the base price and are non negotiable. Understand that depending on complexity - regarding character detail, posing, and or scenery - the commission may potentially cost extra if I see fit.• I have every right to decline a commission for whatever reason I see fit such as feeling my skill may not meet your requests or it relates to topics and or subjects that I do not feel comfortable drawing.• I request that you wait patiently for your commission especially those of large requests. I have a poor memory and will potentially forget about the commission in which you are allowed to reach out and ask about progress (and or remind me if you feel I forgot) if it has been some time since the last update.
I usually will take roughly 2 weeks to work on a commission especially if things get busy on my end, if your commission takes longer than the given timeframe you are allowed to request a refund / cancelation.• Reposting and or sharing the artwork around is allowed as long as credit is provided to at least 1 (one) of my social media accounts.• When ordering a commission please be prepared to provide full reference images or a proper reference sheet of your character(s), failure to do so will result in the commission being declined.• Any and all completed artworks will be non refundable no matter the circumstances. Forced chargebacks will result in you being blacklisted permanently.• All payment is to be done through either PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi donations. I do not accept Venmo, Cashapp, and other payment services.

Blacklist

The following users below are those on a blacklist and are no longer allowed to receive commissions from me in any way, shape, or form due to either breaking my T.O.S and or crossing boundaries. Names / handles will be updated when needed. If you or the person you are commissioning for is blocked and are not listed here you are still apart of the blacklist.• @gaynpancake
